Beyond blessed to have a dream season! One archery harvest October 7th the other Late Muzzleloader on December 23. Both had droptines and unbelievable character. The smallest grossed 170” the other 203”.

The bow buck was a 12 yard shot and a 100 yard recovery. I had seen twice two years ago.

The muzzleloader buck was a 110 yard shot (chip shot with my CVA and Barnes expander) and a 40 yard recovery. I had seen him once prior to harvesting him. The muzzleloader buck is my best to date.

I lost my brother a few years ago…..had a heart attack while turkey hunting. I know he’s smiling down saying, “that’s it” and after a pause, “congrats!”

I doubt that I will have another season like this in my lifetime.
